About the Recipe
I love lettuce wraps but usually end up wearing more than I get to eat. I decided to deconstruct the recipe so I could enjoy every last bite without looking like an animal. I often throw in a side of naan or flat bread to sop up the sauce. I know I'm mixing my cultures, but they taste great together!
Ingredients
Filling:
16 oz. Ground Chicken
8 oz. water chesnuts, chopped
1 can straw mushrooms, chopped

1/2 cup Water
3 Tb Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tb White Sugar
1 Tsp Sriracha

Step 1
Add sesame oil and ground chicken. Cook until the chicken is no longer pink. Add the water chesnuts, garlic and mushrooms. Cook for about 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce and simmer until the chicken has absorbed the sauce.
Step 2
